Super warm and comfortable!
I bought this sweatshirt as I love having lots of comfortable and baggy loungewear, this sweatshirt is just the right fit - not too tight and not too oversized. It is warm and not too thick. I am a size 12 and the M fits me perfectly, really pleased with this item, now I want to buy more colours!

The perfect sweater
Love this so much I have bought the grey and navy colours. They go with everything! I wear this sweater with jeans and leggings - more work from home than workout. I am a size UK 10 and I bought a small which is perfect but I am also going to buy the medium size for a more oversized mens look. Love them. Wash easily and keep their shape nicely. #teamsweatybetty

Speaks volumes when you have every colour...
Mine haven’t bobbled, look nice with my many power leggings (or jeans) for day, and super comfy with my lounge pants and PJ bottoms in the evening. I’m not even embarrassed to say that I have this in navy, grey, black, red, and now have the green one in my basket ready to check out. I’m not a big pink/blush fan but hey who knows. I should probably try the bottoms. (Or maybe I shouldn’t as I’ll end up with them all!) it’s comfy oversized but looks nice, Not a hoodie (which can look a bit sussed on work video calls) smart, and mine have never pilled/bobbled like some reviewers. I’m a 10/12 and a small is oversized perfectly for me. Love them all and love sweaty Betty. It’s my third biggest outgoing next to my mortgage and Nespresso coffee hahaha. Don’t hesitate. An all round lovely sweater :-)

Perfect WFH attire!
I bought the essentials sweat in Navy and it is my favourite wfh outfit! Its a lovely thick quality cotton and a really nice fit. I'm a 10 and bought a small. Will definitely be purchasing in other colours! #teamsweatybetty

Easy to wear lounge sweatshirt

Perfect lounge piece
The fit on this sweatshirt is perfect. It's everything I wish sweatshirts I stole from my actual boyfriend fit like. Oversized but still super flattering. And super cosy reverse terry cloth interior (not fleece) which is my personal favourite. The grey is a little darker in real life - more of a classic heather grey but really lovely! Going to pick it up in black next.

Pilling after the first wash!
I was extremely excited to buy this sweater since I read so many amazing reviews about the sweater and as soon as it arrived I couldn’t stop wearing it. It was super soft and cozy! However, after the first wash I was absolutely gutted when I realized this was the same jumper I bought recently. The jumper was covered in polling everywhere and it looked as if it was 2 years old! Absolutely gutted - I really wanted to love this sweater!

Great Loungewear Set
I bought the Essential Sweater and Joggers set when it first came out and is currently living in the set. I bought the size M in the Sweater to give me a loose fit and a size S in the Joggers to fit me perfectly. I love how I can dress it down casually as loungewear but can also dress it up to walk the streets of Soho by pairing the set with high socks and sneakers with pair of hoop earrings. Super comfortable and have recommended the set to my closest friends and family.

Fluff everywhere
When I read the other reviews before buying the essential sweatshirt and bottoms I thought it was people being fussy about them drooling fluff but there were not exaggerating. This product is a nightmare, if I wear it it leaves dark fluff all over my house, I can’t wear it for a day without feeling like I have to get the vacuum out, and when I wash it (washed three times) I have to clean out the washing machine afterwards, even hanging on the washing rack leave a complete mess. Would not recommend at all.

I love the oversized nature of this sweatshirt, I am a UK 8/10 and I ordered a small so this was perfect for me as it wasnt too tight and wasnt too oversized on me. The subtle SB logo on the chest gives it a retro jumper look which I have been wearing to work out and chill on the sofa. However the inside could have been a lot softer like the black sweaty betty or grey superhero jumpers of previous years, the jumper is still comfy but isnt the incredible buttery softness I have become used to with SB jumpers #teamsweatybetty

Absolutely massive!
I'm a 12-14 and ordered a medium and unfortunately I look like a sack of potatoes. Much more oversized than I thought. I do usually size down to a small for SB tops but jumpers tend to be true to size so was thrown off this time. Like the jumper but not sure I love it as much as the matching joggers, may opt for a second pair of them instead of a smaller jumper. Jumper is less beige and more grey than appears in the photos.

Comfy cosy sweats
I bought the bottoms in red and the top in grey and I couldn’t be happier. They are cosy and warm and couldn’t be more comfortable. The fabric is a nice alternative to the ‘luxe Italian fleece’ for loungewear - just a bit thicker and feels more hardy (if that makes sense). I’ve now washed the top and I haven’t had any problems with bobbling or it getting out of shape (gentle wool cycle, no tumble dry).

Pilled after first wash!
Bought this at Nordstrom on 11/15/2020, wore it a couple of times and loved the style and soft comfort, then washed it last night in cold water gentle cycle and laid flat to dry. Woke up this morning and the fabric shows pulling all over. So frustrating.

With the colder days rolling in, this seemed just the ticket. I was over joyed when it arrived to be as listed online. The grey colour goes with everything I have and while working from home this is both comfy and warm. It is a loose fit, but not too loose. Just comfy.

Bought this in the navy and am so pleased I have just ordered the red. It’s a lovely loose fitting but not shapeless. Looks great with both leggings and jeans. I also love that it’s 100% cotton which is hard to find.
