Flattering but not suggested for running
I bought this top as I needed something to wear in the cold, whilst running long distance. I'm a bit disappointed, it arrived late and was said to be perfect for yoga not running on its label. On both runs I've been on there's quite a lot of sweat patches, so if you decide to go for this, go for a dark colour. The top itself is quite flattering but not suitable for runs.

Fab fit and lovely fabric
I purchased this top as a base layer for my winter runs and am very happy with the fit and performance. It is sweat wicking and fits perfectly. I found this to be much better than the Athlete Seamless Long Sleeve Top with its very long arms and excess fabric.

Warm and Toasty
I have a range of colours in this top as they are so good for running or a baselayer for walking! They have even crept into my WFH wardrobe so I might have to buy more!
You can't beat the softness and they wash so well, keep the colours coming!

Lovely comfortable top
Lovely comfortable soft top, good for running but looks nice for wearing anyway. I am a size 10-12 and bought a large and wouldn't have wanted it much smaller. Feels warm too.

Used to love glistens but they’ve changed
I absolutely love glistens and still wear ones I bought 3-4 years ago. As you can see from the photo however, they’ve entirely changed. I bought the red and the blue in the same and they are much bigger than before, with no shape, and super thin fabric. They aren’t soft and cozy like the old glistens but thin and cheap. After one wash the fabric is pulling and feels itchy. I’m so disappointed, I’ve loved glistens for years. Sweaty Betty please don’t change legacy pieces!

Flattering running top!
Love this top for layering on cold days and perfect for a running base layer under a gilet or running jacket during the winter months. Super soft and breathable, it hugs the body, and the detailing around the chest area gives a really flattering look. Lovely long arms and length which is great for me being tall. A real must-have essential!

Fantastic, durable, warm and soft!!!
I wear this top as single piece as well as layered on cold days. Perfect for outdoor activities including as a base layer for golf, hiking and sailing. I would buy a size up. I’m usually a small in most SB tops but this one is bit snug. Also, this looks the same as the day I bought it. Brilliant!

I LOVE this; fit is amazing - close but not clinging (I’m a big boobed small 10 and got the S) it’s so soft to run in or just wear to the gym. I want to wear it out! It feels amazing.

My go-to winter workout top
The Bamboo Running Top is my number 1 go-to for working out in the colder, winter months or even for layering under jumpers with casual wear. I have 2 of these now - the newer Misty Rose colour as well as Black from a while back. I would say my older Black top is slightly thicker and softer than the Misty Rose, perhaps the fabric has changed slightly. Either way I absolutely love them both and for me it's an added bonus that they are made from sustainable material!

Most gorgeous bamboo long sleeved top
I wanted to buy a sustainable material, (more of this please SB!) and I knew bamboo feels lovely to the touch. As a yoga teacher, teaching in village halls, especially in winter, can be very cold, so I wanted a figure hugging long sleeve top that I can teach in, and won’t get in my way during my class. This top is perfect, comfy, warm and looks great too. I love it and have it in 2 colours already.

thrown in a bag inside out!
Bought this top as a christmas present for my sister - it arrived (along with 3 other items) it had been thrown in a plastic bag in side out and all scrunched up - looked dreadful - i have sent 2 direct messages & pictures on 18/12 & 21/12 to Sweaty Betty but I have heard nothing to date 28/12- it says not to mention customer services on here but how else do you get a response!! Appalling customer service !

Great run top
Great top for running and generally warm whilst walking. Fits really well (snug which I prefer) and keeps me warm but without overheating whilst running. I also feel it's great for seat wicking, or maybe reduce the feeling of seating. Really nice that the body and arms are long - I'm tall so always struggle with this.

I purchased this for running, I am a size small in Sweaty Betty but this was too small, I’m so much as even trying it on for a few minutes the hem rolled up. That wouldn’t be good for a run. I will exchange for a medium.

Lovely Fabric
Lovely fabric to wear but like other bamboo fabric items takes a long time to dry. Was a bit concerned that the fabric would be glittery as it’s described as ‘glisten’ but it’s not in fact it’s quite Matt. Just realised I’m wearing it right now!

The sensation the moment I touched it was bit ‘ not sure this is what I was expecting ‘, but I used it two days later, and my surprise to find out it is an excellent layer, warm, light & absorbes the sweet as detailed on the label.

I bought this too in the dark green and it’s gorgeous! Washes really well and fits beautifully. I wear it for running and even on long runs it doesn’t chafe. It goes really well with my grey leopard print gravity leggings.

Perfec running top for cold weather
I bought this style as a running top, it's a great base layer that has kept me warm during the winter months. The fabric is soft against the skin making it comfortable for most types of exercise. The fit is slim to the body and tight to the arms - I will definitely be purchasing more colours!

One of the most versatile pieces i have owned from SB, I have worn my glisten for all types of activities. The fabric is super soft and supportive so feels like wearing a hug! The seamless construction makes it the perfect piece for free flowing yoga as it is super stretchy. In colder months, I love to wear this top as a layering piece for outdoor runs and workouts. Ski season, it acts a base layer for unrestricted movement on the slopes. The bamboo blend makes the style anti-bacterial, perfect for when you are getting a sweat on. When washing, the blend means it can take a while to dry, but it is worth the wait as after many washes it continues to feel super soft and cosy! #teamsweatybetty

Comfy, light & warm
I love my new glisten tops! I bought one in free and one in the reddish-pink colour both are lovely. I'm not sure I'd pay full price for them but with a discount the price was about right.
I'm 6' tall and the sleeves and body were long enough.

I love this top - I've only just bought it but have worn it 3 times already. It has a close fit and works well as a top under jumpers on cold days, as well as for running. I'm tempted to get one in another colour, it's that good.
