Beware! Expires one year from purchase date
I have just gone to use a gift card I got for a present and it has expired. No mention on website and although it does say on the card the print is so tiny it’s hard to see. That’s £50 down the drain!

Initial problems sorted in chat
I intially had problems getting a voucher delivered, but these were sorted by very helpful assistant in the chat function. Full marks for patience! Turns out I had not entered an email address for my niece because I didn't have it, and because I was expecting it to be a card not an evoucher. All happily resolved.

Unfortunately we do not offer e-gift cards currently, only physical gift cards on our US website (in USD) and on our UK website (in GBP). It isn't possible to add a personal message currently, but thank you for sharing this feedback as we continue to improve our website!

We don't offer electronic gift cards at the moment, but we do have physical gift cards available to purchase on both our UK and US website. If you toggle your country to US in the top right of your screen (desktop) or at the bottom of the menu (mobile), you will be able to select United States instead of United Kingdom, and access our US gift cards. Unfortunately you cannot immediately print out vouchers purchased online. These vouchers are sent out from our warehouse and include our lovely gift card holders, and therefore have the same delivery times as ordering any other products online from us.
