Convertible Tote bag
I bought this bag in the sale in white. It was a great idea but it doesn't work, which is such a shame. You cannot use it as a back pack the straps ar far too uncomfortable. So I reverted to use it as a tote bag for the gym. Then the draw strings broke and came out. I've had to re-thread and stitch them twice now, which is very difficult. The zip pocket in the front is too small to get my hand in. I can't belive anyone produced a prototype and tried this out! Poor design and poor quality. Overpriced even in the sale! Would not recommend, dont waste your money. Must do better SB.

Cheap and uncomfortable
I bought this bag as I loved the design and the idea.
It is not practical, pockets are small, needs zips inside. Front pocket difficult to access.
It's very uncomfortable. It become unstitched after a couple of weeks.
Very disappointed with the quality

Great bag
After reading reviews I was unsure what this would be like, but it was just what I was looking for! If you want more structure then this isn’t the bag for you. It’s lightweight and perfect for on the go and it still looks good !

Drawstring came out and then the bag was useless
I bought this bag as a gym bag and after only a few uses the drawstring came out and I could no longer use it. Shame as I likes the idea of the tote / rucksack combo.

Thin material with squashed foam ‘laptop’ pockek
I’d hoped to find the perfect bag that did everything. It’s a good size for carrying extra layers. The laptop pocket is thin, small and the thin layer of foam padding inside it arrived squashed to the bottom of the pocket. Not suitable for a laptop. Good casual bag for nothing too heavy.

So stylish but not great quality
2nd of two SB bags I bought this summer. Such a great casual bag but again, the square zips are a problem, they require patience! Ultimately just end up leaving the front zip pocket open. Internally there is a padded section but the padding had crushed and moved so offers no protection. Far too expensive for the quality, such a shame.

Love this bag! So lightweight and so many pockets.
I literally take this everywhere with me. Love it as a rucksack because it's lightweight enough for running, then wearing as a tote once I've been shopping. The inner bottle holder is great too.
Also great as an airport bag thanks to all the pockets.

Uncomfortable and cheap material
This my second Sweaty Betty bag and I'm disappointed with both of them. The material is really cheap. Backpack function is useless... so uncomfortable
