Yoga for Menopause Micki’s relaxing 20-minute class is perfect for when you need to relax your mind as it focusses on calming the nervous system and helping with any menopausal symptoms, such as anxiety.

Mobility For Your Menopause

Mobility for Menopause Mobility training is important at this stage of life as it allows for a bigger range of motion and more muscle activation.

In this 20-minute class, led by Lucia you’ll move freely and help to mobilise the joints. We recommend combining this class with our strength training video to get the most out of your strength work.
