Does what it says on the tin
The sliders and their case are a good size and great quality. They don’t come with instructions, so I scratched the plastic side on my hard flooring within about 5 minutes of opening, then realised plastic is for carpet and the other side is for hard flooring.

The best gliders on the market!
I bought these for my Lumi Sculpt sessions and to be able to practice on our carpet at home and they glide super easy.

Bala Sliders can be used in a variety of ways to engage the core whilst exercising. For example use them whilst doing mountain climbers underneath your feet or in transition from plank to down dog – possibilities are endless! There is a lot of guidance online about exercise sliders.
