Acupressure
I have got to say that I’m absolutely amazed with the effect of laying on this Yogi Bare set. I didn’t find it uncomfortable. It’s a bit of a strange experience at first, then you relax into it. I feel very relaxed on it. Could have even fallen asleep! I did find some relief from my pain too when I got off it. Quality is brilliant. Well done Sweaty Betty. Will be recommending it to my clients. I feel regular use will build on the benefits.

Loving the acupressure mat
Thanks to reviews i made my purchase. Not entirely sure how this works but I've definitely felt the benefits. It does seem to relax the muscles. I noticed this when practising yoga after using the mat. It is a bit sore to start with but this eases off.

I needed this mat in my life!
Was recommended from a friend and I thought SB would pay attention to the quality so gave it a try. Omg! How did I know this so far?
It is a bit painful the first couple of minutes but not unbearable. Then the pressure points help you relax. I can feel my whole body just loosen up, I can breathe deeply and my sleep is enhanced. Also have seen great improvement on my skin - especially at the back where the circulation I guess was a bit forced. Have also used it when I had a bit of a pain from sitting at my desk too long - it’s gone! This is a great buy - don’t miss out!

A great purchase to help you de-stress
Such a great purchase, really comfortable (after the first use!) and really helps me to relax after a long day at the screen. Would recommend

Sceptic now converted
I had heard great things about these mats but wasn’t sure & didn’t know how to check I was getting a good mat. I saw this one and knew Sweaty Betty would only supply good quality so I ordered it.
I have back pain / sciatica / stiffness from scoliosis and hoped it would help - it has! It does!
Yes it hurts when I lie on it, but 20 minutes and a bright red, prickled back later, the pain is less and my movement is easier.
I have been using it most days for 15-20 minutes and will continue to do so! It is easy to transport in the neat bag, I even took it camping and used it!
For a sceptic, this was a good buy. It works.

Thank you for your question This may be something you need to ask your GP as there are many different reasons why people take warfarin and this will depend on your level of dosage, even though these mats only provide a small superficial pressure onto the skin sorry I am unable to answer your question fully
