Brilliant Staff & Service
Our daughter loves this brand and for Christmas we ordered items online and were really disapointed with the presentation when they arrived. In abox with no frills. Nothing special about an expensive product. For her bitthday we went to the store and could not have had a more different experience. The staff are so helpfult full of ideas and guidance and then when we purchased, the gifts are lovingly wrapped and presented with so much care. We love this store and all that they do to make any size purchase special. The gofts are received with a beaming smile because of this attention.

What a lovely place
Yesterday I popped into store just to have a look, an amazing women with funky green glasses and dark hair came over and spoke to me. I told her I was just browsing and wasn't looking to buy anything today, we ended up chatting, I told her I was new to fitness and she praised me for even starting, she really made me feel good and gave me a much needed confidence boost. I told her my insecurities about my body and she showed me loads of different products to make that insecurity ease. She showed me different items for different exercises and she was just a genuinely lovely lady. I left the store feeling pumped up and really good about myself.
I'll definitely be back to purchase some of her recommendations

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the staff. I went in this morning and they were friendly helpful and really just lovely. Made my day. I now also have a lovely running outfit and also an amazing chill outfit thanks

Lovely customer service - Chichester Betties rock!
Yesterday was my first visit to my new local store, the Chichester Sweaty Betty. Fenella was brilliant, helping me find what I wanted to try having seen some interesting looking product online. She was so accommodating with my questions, and Dee was brilliant signing me up for my SB team status as a yoga instructor. Today I called back to the store as I decided I wanted what I'd tried on as my birthday presents for next week - Fenella not only remembered my name straight away, but what I had tried on and the exact sizes! Hubbie was able to pay over the phone and Fenella is popping everything in the post for me! Amazing customer service, friendly and helpful and I look forward to a long and happy relationship with my new Sweaty Betties: thoroughly recommend the Chichester store :)

I bought various items in store all of the assistants extremely helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Finding matching items first class store.
