Comfortable for working out (or summer walks)
These shorts fit me just right. I'm always looking for longer shorts to prevent chafing in the summer, and these were just the trick—I've used them on walks, runs, and other workouts and would highly rate them. #teamsweatybetty

I cycled around France in these and they were perfect for the warm weather but also for walking and hot yoga … they’re flattering, supportive what’s not to like !

Prefect for pregnancy
Bought these following my physios recommendation as I suffer with SPD when pregnant. The support is just enough to get a benefit without being so much that bump felt squished. I went up two sizes by the end of third trimester. They are just as supportive now as when I first bought them several months ago despite daily use. The length is perfect to go under jeans and dresses no problem. I’ve just bought a longer legging in my first pregnancy size for postpartum and expect to live in them at home.

They can definitely be used for running however they are very sculpting and so the fabric is slightly thicker than our other shorts. If you like something more lightweight and sweat-wicking we recommend the power workout shorts.

The Super Sculpt Shorts can be used for running, however they are very sculpting and so the fabric is slightly thicker than our other shorts. If you like something more lightweight and sweat-wicking we would recommend the Power Shorts, or our Time Trial Running Shorts, also these are a looser fit.
