Super soft feeling
I bought the lily white and marina green and loved both instantly. The fabric is super soft and comforting wearing either during a yoga session of out for a run, definitely kept me warm. I have noticed a little pilling after a couple of washes but I have continuously worn them since they arrived. #teamSB

A must have for winter training!
This top is perfect for running, love the extra long sleeves. This top is light weight but keeps you warm in colder weather as a base layer or on its own. Will be purchasing in another colour soon!

Disappointing quality
I bought this top in black and initially on trying it on was really pleased - it was soft, comfortable and warm. However I was left really disappointed in the quality - wearing it for the first time I put it under a SB hoodie and went out for a walk. By the time I came back and took off the hoodie there was significant balling under the arms. Not the quality I expect from SB or a £50 top

Comfortable but doesn't fit well
This top is a nice color and comfortable, but way too long in the sleeves and body. I am 5'5" and an average athletic build, but it is still a snug fit. With the length, I don't see how this will properly fit any women my height or below.

New Style Glisten Bamboo
I have a couple of glisten bamboo tops from about four years ago and I bring them out every winter to use as a base layer for hiking and outdoor exercise and for yoga indoors.
I ordered the marina green and it a beautiful colour but the fabric is different to previous tops. It is lovely and soft but the fabric is much thinner than previous styles and slightly see through. I'm not sure it will be as hard wearing. I will keep it as a base layer but would not wear it alone. I'm a size 8-10 with larger chest and size small fits snugly and is nice and long.

Great top
Really love these tops- lovely slim fit, brilliantly long arms and nice shaping detail. The material is super soft but gets a little worn after repeated washing (unlike some SB stuff like the athlete tops that last forever). Would be even better if it had the thumb holes, but it's a good "un!

Quality of fabric
I’ve got several glisten bamboo tops and I recently purchased one in Lilly White and Black. Both were returned as quality of the fabric was very different to the ones I had, even though they were older. The fabric was much thinner making them look cheap. I order one in navy and fabric was of the same quality of the ones that I purchase previously. I would like to know why fabric quality varies.

My favourite running top!
So soft and comfy. Ideal as a layer or on its own. I wear this running in the cold months everyday and like the neutral colours for a base layer in the winter. Fit is snug but works because it keeps you warm.

We would recommend taking your usual size in the Glisten Bamboo Long Sleeve Top for a close fit, which in your case would be an XS.

Is this top designed for running please? I don&rsquo;t want to get a chill if it&rsquo;s not sweat wicking or irritated skin if it&rsquo;s not breathable....store assistant told me it was for running but looking at the website there seem to be other tops with better fabric

Thank you for the question. Personally, I do wear this running at the time of year and I do get quite warm. This originally was for light sweat workouts however they have redesigned to be more technical. So you can wear it in colder weather. It is made up from Bamboo so it is naturally antibacterial which is great, so you should notice irritation. However, if you want to a more technical top, I would recommend the Athlete long sleeve top.
