Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lush but good grief, the noise! These are indeed lovely, comfy, flattering and practical. But oh my word, the noise is ridiculous! I am praying that it abates after washing. Style and cut is great, so please do them again Betty, but adjust that outer material, water repellent is useful but not practical if this is the noise I make!

As soon as you move in them, however, the fabric scrapes together between the legs and the world can hear you coming from a mile away. It's really annoying, too. Returned as I'd never wear them again. Sorry SB.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from baggy These do not fit me like on the model. Very baggy all over. Really wanted the more tailored look as in photo. Ordered a S in black 5 2 120 lbs. Usually a S in SB and size 4 in US. I did not notice that they were noisy but the material seemed thicker than I thought.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from More than worth the swishing sound! These are the kind of pants that can do almost anything, and probably for years. They're well-made, flattering, the blue is gorgeous, they wash like a dream. The fabric is sturdy but it breathes, and moves gracefully. They're not for a hot summer day, and yes, they swish a bit, but I suspect these pants will look and perform as well as my first SB pants (Garys) did, and still do - almost five years on.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Excellent cut & style, NOISY fabric I loved these so much when I took them out of the package and laid them out on the bed. The cut and quality are awesome. However, as other reviewers have stated, when I started to put them on, I couldn't believe how noisy the fabric was. Once they were on, they looked great. Once I started walking in them, I knew they had to go back. I would be embarrassed to walk in public wearing these, loud like a pair of squeaky shoes and VERY noticeable. With great sadness, I folded them up and sent them back.
