Returns are free for all US orders.
We are happy to offer a refund on items in perfect condition and with proof of purchase. Once you receive your items, you can return them within 45 days. For orders placed on 1st November onwards, we’re accepting returns until 31st January.
At the moment, we are not able to offer exchanges online. Instead, please follow the returns procedure to receive a refund on your original item/s and place a new order for your new one.
If you purchased an item during a sale period and need a different size, please follow the same process as above. Please also note we cannot honour sale prices if you purchase a different item or make a purchase after the sale period has ended.

You can return a gift in accordance with our returns policy. Please contact Customer Care providing the following information.

- Clear pictures showing the label/ product details

If you placed your order using a gift card once your return has been processed you will be emailed a credit note to use towards your next purchase.

Flawed or faulty items purchased online or at our Sweaty Betty stores can be returned within 1 year of the order date.

Return your items, free of charge.
Returns postage is free for all orders to {countryname}.

Please fill in your order information and include it with your returned items, to allow us to process your refund quickly.
If you want to return items from different orders, please send them as separate packages. This makes it easier for us to process your return and means you’ll get your refund faster.
You can exchange it for another item or for a gift voucher. Please contact Customer Care and we will be happy to help you make the exchange.
