Cycling shorts
Bought these for spinning. A little disappointed as they show perspiration quite obviously - especially around the bum area. Not very attractive and not the usual Sweaty Betty standard. I have other shorts from SB which are excellent. Disappointed.

So tight!
So tight and stiff I could hardly get them on, let alone cycle in them. Definitely order at least one size bigger. Sent them back, still waiting for a refund, after chasing three times now. Very disappointing all round.

Love the shine.
Yes yes and YES! Felt fabulous wearing these for hot yoga (even if they are cycling shorts). All my items are XS from SB (I'm a size 6/8), these are on the tighter side to my others. Perfect leg length, no riding up. Definitely recommend.

Lovely longer-length shorts
I bought these shorts as I wanted a pair to run in. I'm a little self-conscious of my legs, so I didn't want SB's super short shorts. These are a really nice length, sitting about an inch and a half above my knees. To be honest, they feel very comfortable and hold everything in place that I'm even tempted to possibly go a little shorter - 7 inch maybe!
The reason for only four stars is that these shorts don't have a side or back pocket. I love the pockets on my powers, as I put my keys and phone in my leggings. But overall, good purchase!

Disappointed, not the quality they preach.
I bought these shorts less than a month ago and the fabric already lost its stretchy "special feature" after a few washes (following the label instructions). They look old and the shorts are longer and loose even though they are brand new.
Definitely not worth the price as the quality is not as expected - truly disappointed as I thought I was buying quality products with Sweaty Betty!
Do not recommend :(

Really comfy great colour and very flattering though I’m an XS I bought a small it was a nicer fit around the legs I’m 5’2 so they finish just above my knees ideal for me using them for Different types of exercise

Good fit but avoid the light blue
I wanted the black version but as they were out of stock tried the light blue. The fit was comfortable and they looked good while initially on. Unfortunately after a sweaty HIIT class they had very unattractive sweat patches on the crotch! So I would only use at home or for lighter workouts. Will definitely buy the black ones if they restock though because otherwise I was very happy with them.

Tight and long
These are lovely shorts. Maybe just not what I wa a looking for as they are really long and the waist comes up super high. I love high waits but these are an extra level. Pro is the never fall down or ride up your leg. And are very black, not see through at all.

Great for long walks, but sewing already coming un
I bought these for long walks and hikes than rather than workouts, after reading the reviews. They were great for walking and very comfortable. However, after the first wash the sewing has started to come undone which is disappointing.

Disappointed
I never usually write reviews but was unusually disappointed in the shorts. The fit & feel was great - good start. However, I use them for running and since I live in Texas currently I get rather sweaty on my runs. The shorts show water marks terribly so I look like I’ve wet myself each time I wear them.

Favourite shorts to run in
I love these. Really really comfy. They’ve kept their stretch perfectly after many many washes. The only reason this gets 4 rather than 5 stars is that a little hidden pocket somewhere would make them even better!

Perfect short for summer!
I have these shorts in both the blue and black and they are ideal for summer workouts or just wearing casually for walking. They are fully squat proof and super stretchy which is great, plus really high waisted which I prefer. I love the shiny fabric, it just makes them a bit different. Definitely recommend, I style mine with with either a stamina bra for a sweaty workout or a white t-shirt for a relaxed vibe #teamsweatybetty

Flattering and comfy
Been after these shorts for ages but my size was out of stock. They were worth the wait; really flattering, comfortable for running and Hiit. Just what I wanted for the summer. Go well with loose fitting t shirts as well to wear amour and about.

Run a little small compared to the leggings
These run a bit small. I have a lot of the high shine leggings and thought the fit would be similar so got the same sizing. I got an XS and found that these are a bit tighter. Overall love the look of the shorts though. These will be my goal shorts. :)

These shorts are made from really sweat-wicking material, so sweat dries quickly. With the black colourway, sweat especially doesn't show easily so you should be safe!
