Rated 1 out of 5 by Mani from Nice but not worth the money This bag is really nice and spacious and comfortable to carry but after a few months the buckle came off somewhere and got lost. Really disappointed that such a expensive bag has such shoddy workmanship as it wasnt even stitched at the ends to stop it coming off.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Rose23 from Run backpack I bought this bag despite the reviews and have been really impressed. I use it everyday for commuting to and from work and then as hand luggage on longer journeys. It is perfect for my needs and fits in gym kit lunch and trainers if I am going after work. Touch wood I haven’t had the same issue with the straps- they have been absolutely fine- it does move a little when running but I think that would be the case with any running rucksack. I use it everyday to and from work and 2-3 times a week for running home and it’s holding up well so far. Super happy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by energisedkim from Functional, Stylish & Comfortable for Commute / Travelling I love this rucksack (and all SB bags, I've had many and they have lasted years). This is perfect for walking / cycling to commute and hand luggage for travelling, I've found it really comfortable to wear, with great pockets and water resistant. I have not worn on longer runs so can't comment from that side, as I have a more lightweight one with a bladder in it. I would highly recommend this bag as part of your travelling options & day to day gym/commuting. Happy days.

Rated 3 out of 5 by naranjita from I have the same issue with the straps - they always fall off. I love this backpack. It's really comfortable and a joy to run to work with and very roomy. But I also find the waist straps fall off all the time. Luckily Kerran in the City shop found me some replacement ones which will do for now. But they seriously need to fix this design fault. Because it's impossible to run with it without the straps.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Sweattylaydee from Same experience re straps! I loved this bag when I first got it, but have had exactly the same experience with the straps. I have taken it back and got it replaced a number of times now, as the straps always fall off. The bag is quite big, so wouldn't be able to run with it if it doesn't have the waist strap, but that one isn't even properly fastened on to begin with, they are removable. Shame, as the bag is otherwise great, but wouldn't recommend buying it unless you want to keep going into Sweatty Betty to ask for a replacement every few months.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Berkshirebird from Looks great but straps are useless Bought this bag last year and have had many complements. Was planning to use for skiing but the straps have fallen off during runs. Before they fell off they didn't stay in chosen position, constantly sliding down even when I was just walking. Not a great product for active use, such a shame as I really love the bag

Rated 1 out of 5 by Symondstone from Poor quality I bought this backpack to use for my journey to work/running. Unfortunately the strap broke within a few weeks. Have changed once but the same problem has happened again. SB is usually excellent quality so disappointing- especially at £90.

Rated 2 out of 5 by KateP1990 from Bag that broke within first month Unfortunately I had to return this bag - the only item I've ever returned to Sweaty Betty - because two of the straps broke mid-run. Not impressed.
