Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fits true to size- but isn’t warm. I bought this set for the cold. I questioned its warmth because it’s made with polymaid which is similar to polyester. These fabrics are not maid for warmth. It breathes which also means the wind comes in too. So it’s literally not warm at all. I’m keeping it because it is cute, but I’m not going to bother buying any other ones. I considered the Merino wool base layers, but many reviews said the fit and cut was not well. I’m hoping sweaty Betty does better considering their price points…

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A vast improvement on their previous seasons This is the second time I've purchased a SB base layer set for snowboarding. I was gifted a set in 2019 which was comfortable but full of threads, then in 2021 I was gifted another set (I love this pattern)! I have to say the 2021 set is a vast improvement on the 2019 set. The quality of the fabric was worlds apart from my first set. I'm 5ft 3, I found the set incredibly comfortable to wear, it kept me warm and dry for the whole day, but not too warm. For me the fit was perfect, I don't like things too tight on my neck the SB set was just right. It wasn't too tight or too loose. I took base layers from several different brands with me (I've aquired over the years), the SB set was by far my fave set. I'm now looking to buy the other colour! And the plain black SB top and leggings :-)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cute, but not a real base-layer Base layers should hug your skin, wick sweat and keep you warm. This top was snug in the torso, but the arms were loose fitting and very long. The neck was also loose (? Heat loss?) Like the thicker fabric, will see how it holds up.
