- Choose a local Sweaty Betty shop to collect from.
- We will send you an email notification to inform you when your items are ready to collect.
- We'll hold your order for 4 weeks and after that we'll return it and refund you. Please check the opening times of your local Sweaty Betty shop here.
Sweaty Betty's Click and Collect service allows you to have your items delivered to your local shop free of charge. This service is available for all products and from all Sweaty Betty shops, except our Harrods and Selfridges concessions as well as John Lewis stores.

- Bring your Ready to Collect email and ID to the Waitrose Customer Collection point.
- We’ll hold your order for 7 days - after that, we’ll return it and refund you.

Not quite right?
Return your items, free of charge.
Returns postage is free for all orders to the {countryname}.
We are happy to offer a refund on items in perfect condition and with proof of purchase. Once you receive your items, you can return them within 45 days.
If you don’t have the original form from your order package, you can download a replacement form here.
Please fill in your order information and include it with your returned items, to allow us to process your refund quickly.
If you want to return items from different orders, please send them as separate packages. This makes it easier for us to process your return and means you’ll get your refund faster.
For items purchased in-store:
- Items bought at any of our Sweaty Betty shops can be returned to any shop (excluding department stores and outlets).
- Items bought in department stores can only be returned to that store in accordance with their refund policy.
- Items bought in outlet stores can only be returned to outlet stores.
For items purchased online:
- Items purchased online and paid with debit/credit card or PayPal can also be returned in store.
- Items paid with Klarna cannot be processed in our stores - please follow the online returns steps above.
Please bring your store receipt/online returns form and your original payment method so we can process your refund.
You can exchange items purchased online and in-store to any of our Sweaty Betty shops (excluding department stores and outlets), with proof of purchase.
We’re not able to offer exchanges outside of a store. If you’d like to send your items to us, please follow the returns procedure to get a refund on your original item, and create a separate order for your new item.

Items returned without a receipt (including gifts) will be eligible for exchange.
You will need to provide proof of purchase, such as the order number (if purchased online) or the customer account details (if purchased in-store).
After the 45 day returns period, your items are still eligible for exchange at any of our Sweaty Betty shops (excluding department stores and outlets).

If the purchase was paid by Gift Card, our Customer Care team will email you with an online Gift Card with your refund.

Faulty items may be returned within 12 months. This does not affect your statutory rights.
