Bobbly jumper
I bought this jumper at Christmas and after the first wear it bobbled and looked like I had had the jumper all year. It certainly didn't look like a new jumper! Very disappointing because I love the colour and warmth of this item but it just looks shabby already.

Shrunk after following washing instructions
I bought this jumper, wore it twice and washed it as per instructions and jumper completely shrunk :( It was lovely before - had it in a beige colour and was really soft but is now unwearable.

Pilling horribly on first wear-will it get better?
I love the fit and feel of this sweater. I bought 3 colors while on sale. Not sure I will keep them. I wore one today to work and it is embarassingly pilly under the arms and at the cuffs. I have been pulling them off by hand all day. I am so bummed. I will use a pill shaver when I get home and hopefully the pilling slows down. If it does I will submit another review.

Beautiful jumper but...
I bought this in dark blue, and was so pleased with it, a beautiful colour, perfect size and looked great. However, I only got to wear twice as it shrank in the wash, and I followed instructions. Not the usual quality I expect from SB, I’m so disappointed. I ordered another jumper at the same time which I’m now reluctant to wash. The fact I paid £100 and still have 2 payments to go simply adds insult to injury.

I washed mine per care instructions. Big mistake. Now Barbie sized. Totally sucks. Unwearable.

Super soft and snuggly
This is really cosy and soft and not at all scratchy. It's quite oversized and the perfect length for wearing with trousers.

Thank you for the question. This is Yak wool, so with any wool we do recommend a handwash and lay flat to dry. We also recommend not to keep it an hanger and rather fold to avoid it going mis-shaped. I have this is black and it is a beautiful jumper.
