It's slightly rubbery inside so isn't nice against bare skin but it does therefore keep you dry and does surprisingly well keeping the cold off too.

Just the right fit, length and colour for me and I appreciate the shape of the hood, the fact that it’s foldable and the big pockets. This item is quite expensive but I had a good discount on it so very pleased with my purchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice jacket for walks Lovely lightweight jacket. It has so far kept me dry in lightweight showers (not been caught in anything heavier yet!). If your after a easy, loose jacket to throw on when out on a walk then this is perfect. If you’re after anything more tailored in fit then this isn’t for you. Longer in the back to cover your bum but shorter in the front. I am a size 8 and wear XS but if you have been blessed in the chest area I’d go S. The jacket has 5 big pockets three external zip up pockets (one on the back and two on the front) and two inside pockets, great for putting your phone and keys in. The hood is the only thing I don’t like aesthetically as it sits really close to your head when up. However practically this is great for keeping the rain out.

It will definitely keep you dry in heavy rain showers. I’m a size 8-10 and bought size small which is perfect and there is still room for a sweater underneath, the drawstring at the waist keeps it looking neat too if that’s what you want
