I buy up a size, I’m a size 8 but don’t have much of a waist, I buy size S, slightly roomy on waist but inner shorts fit so well they stay in place! XS tiny waist that digs in, not a great look or feeling!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice looking shorts but ride up! Tried them on in the store and they were comfortable and flattering. However 5 mins into my gym class they were driving me crazy riding up constantly! Haven’t returned them as I’m on a weight loss journey I will try them again once my thighs are a little slimmer as maybe my thicker thighs didn’t help. But still not overly impressed as they aren’t cheap.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not fit for purpose! I have several pairs of these shorts and have always loved them and have run all distances in them, including 2 marathons. These ones though kept riding up and caused significant chafing on a long run from raised stitching. Waist band also annoying. I won’t risk ordering another pair!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Running Shorts I bought these for the GNR- very comfortable but the Lycra shorts underneath kept riding up which became a bit of a nuisance during the run. Will keep using them going forward but maybe not for a long run.
