To clean your mat simply wipe clean using a clean damp cloth and a small amount of eco-friendly soap with water. Do not use harsh chemicals on your mat and be careful not to over scrub the mat as this may damage the surface. For a more intensive clean, add 200ml of white vinegar to a bath tub of warm water and soak for up to 30 minutes. Rinse with clean water and towel dry. Do not machine wash, put through a spin cycle or spin dry.
Rated 1 out of 5 by Céu Esteves from Not as expected I rate any sweaty Betty product very highly but have been very disappointed with this yoga mat. It keeps on moving and doesn't grip on the carpet. Looks cheap and nasty as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Hann94 from Does the job! I'm new to yoga and wasn't sure which mat to go for, I thought this one was a great price. I've so far used this for Yoga, Barre and HIIT sessions and all were successful. Has enough grip for me and does feel soft enough for my stretches too. For me this does exactly what I need.

Rated 3 out of 5 by T15bod from Disappointing Bought this mat based on the reviews however I’m really disappointed. There seems to be minimal grip, feels slippy and stretches. Would return but I’ve used it

Rated 1 out of 5 by SweatyBettyCustomerUK from Not eco friendly Sweaty Betty please come clean about the eco credentials of this mat. By nature a TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) is synthetic and not natural yet your description claims it is made of natural latex. Drop the eco claim and be honest about what type of TPE you use (there are many varieties). Claiming this product is eco friendly simply in comparison to PVC mats is not good enough abs misleading your customers.

Rated 1 out of 5 by lucyandhershoes from what is so "eco friendly" about this mat, exactly? TPE is a very common material out of which yoga mats are made. Many cheaper mats are made of TPE. Sweaty B say this mat is "eco friendly" and there is no legal requirement attached to this label. But how eco friendly is it really?? TPE stands for Thermoplastic elastomers - which is a mix of polymers (plastics). At this price point, there are better eco options.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Georgie17 from Great Entry Point Mat I really like my new Eco Yoga Mat, it's a great entry price for a basic yoga mat. It's grippy and has a good level of cushioning. #teamsweatybetty
