Love this product!!
The bangles provide just enough resistance and it’s only after the workout that you can feel the impact.

Rub a little on wrists
Great weights.
They rub a bit on my wrist bones. Perhaps I have bony wrist?
I'm going to wear a wrist strap underneath to prevent this happening.

Want to up your Pilates? These are a must!
I have wanted these since I saw them on the website. I had wanted ankle/wrist weights for Pilates and these are amazing. They are comfortable and I love the colours!

Neat, comfortable, attractive and effective
Even though these weights are so comfortable I hardly notice them, they make walking and running more effective. I particularly like to use them for Nordic walking, which is fast becoming my favourite form of exercise. The weights don’t interfere with arm movements because they aren’t bulky as some of the others I’ve tried.

The best weight bangles
I love these bangles! I toyed with whether or not to buy cheaper versions but I am so glad I brought these official ones. They do not move or slip and they work brilliantly during intense or slow workouts. I would recommend spending the extra cash for anyone who is wondering whether or not to buy them! They also look AMAZING!

Good evening! Do these fit snugly around the ankle too? I know the description also included ankles but they look mainly like wrist weights to me that may not be as secure when worn round ankles where there is generally more flexion and stretch. Thankyou
