Free express shipping on all orders

All orders placed via our website are being delivered as normal, although you may experience a slight delay of up to 3 days as we have had to make some changes at the warehouse to keep our teams safe. We are working as hard as possible to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

You do not have to physically sign for deliveries on hand-held terminals, instead the driver will sign for parcels on your behalf.

As usual, you can request that packages are left in a safe place. Couriers will provide photo evidence.

Please refer to the delivery notification you will receive by text/email for updates, otherwise if the shipment exceeds 7 business days of transit time, please get in touch.

Our sales are very popular, so due to high demand, shipping time may be affected during sale period. Shipments to more rural areas may take up to 5 business days to deliver and may be transferred to a final partner such as Australia Post for final delivery.

Shipments to certain regional or more remote areas may take up to 5 business days to deliver and DHL engage the support of one of their local final mile delivery partners. Tracking details will remain available through the DHL link shared in your shipping confirmation email.

<b>Express shipping and handling charges are free on all orders.</b>

If you choose Express Shipping, we aim to deliver your parcel within 3 to 4 business days.

Once it’s been dispatched from our UK warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email.

A signature will be required on receipt of your order. If you do not receive your parcel in 10 business days, please contact us by filling out the form on our Contact Us page.

Express Shipping parcels will not be delivered on Saturday, Sunday or government holidays. During Sale periods, shipping time may be affected.

Sweaty Betty pays all import duties and taxes on your behalf. In the rare event that the charges are passed on to you, contact us with proof of payment and we will reimburse you immediately.

The driver will leave a card at your door or in your mailbox so that you can arrange a more convenient delivery time.

Each order is for your own personal, non-commercial use. Resale of any Sweaty Betty product without the explicit, written consent from Sweaty Betty is strictly prohibited. Multiple orders representing what Sweaty Betty deems to be commercial quantities will not be accepted.

Please note that for business purposes each item requested constitutes an individual order. Wherever possible we will attempt to consolidate multiple orders in one shipment and on one invoice. Due to business requirements, however, orders may be shipped over several days in multiple packages.

If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments.

We will not charge you until the goods leave our warehouse and we will only charge you postage once per order, no matter how many parcels we send you.

Sweaty Betty reserves the right to cancel any part of your order if a product is no longer available. You will not be charged for unshipped items and no compensation will be paid in such cases.

All products are imported into Australia and New Zealand.

If you wish to ship your order outside of Australia or New Zealand, please select your region at the top of the page.


We are happy to offer returns on any full price and sale items returned to us in perfect condition, within 55 days of receipt of order, with proof of purchase.

If you return an item after the 55 days of receipt of order, the item can only be exchanged for a credit note.

We are happy to offer returns on any full price and sale items returned to us in perfect condition with proof of purchase.

Please note packages must be returned prepaid. The cost of returning items back to us is not refunded.

Sale items may be refunded within 55 days of receipt of order if they are sent back in perfect condition with proof of purchase. After 55 days of receipt of order, sale items can only be returned in exchange for a credit note if they are sent back in perfect condition.

Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights. Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase. If you decide to refund a gift we can't prevent the card-owner knowing.

Please see the dispatch note included in your online package for returns instructions.

  1. Please add the quantity being returned and the relevant code to the 'Returns' section on the front of your dispatch note.
  2. Enclose the item(s) you wish to return in the reusable Sweaty Betty mailing bag along with the dispatch note.
  3. Please note packages must be returned pre-paid. The cost of returning to us is non-refundable.

Please maintain proof of purchase when sending a return as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for the purchase.

If the items you wish to return have been delivered in separate parcels please return them to us in one parcel with the corresponding return sections. By doing this we will be able to process your refund faster.

Once our warehouse has received your returned items we will credit the card used to pay for the order and send you a confirmation email. Please allow at least 2-3 working days from the time we receive your parcel for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that depending on your bank this may take up to 10 days.

In order to get your replacement items to you as conveniently as possible we are happy to offer a free shipping service on your replacement order. Please fill out the form on our Contact Us page to arrange this.

Please note that discount codes can only be used once, so if a code was used on your original order please advise Customer Care.

Please return the items you do not wish to keep by following the "how to return an item" guide above. Once we have received the returned items, we will refund the amount originally charged for these items immediately.
