The bottle looks great, is a good size, keeps water cold, and generally is good quality However, my bottle has somehow split at the base despite me not having dropped it on any hard flooring. I was sat at my desk and heard a loud, hollow PING noise come from the bottle a few times to then discover the rubber bottom had split.

Was hoping the exterior was more of a rubberized coating that would be easier to grip & also wouldn’t clang when it’s dropped on kitchen counter or in sink. Going to need to buy a fitted carrier with strap.

I dropped it accidentally on the floor in my house and the lid snapped. I contacted the company and they don't have any replacement parts.
