Volleybody with Zara Dampney

In May we held an energetic and fast paced Volleybody workout in our Kings Road boutique as part of our Guest Instructor series of events, hosted by GB Olympian Zara Dampney.

 

This high–intensity fitness programme is inspired by the training regimes of the volley world’s best beach volleyball players. The exercises take inspiration from three core moves within a volleyball game – defending, hitting and blocking a ball.
