Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online boutique, and add any items that you wish to buy into 'My Bag'. By submitting your order you are offering to buy goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying those goods. We will only pass your details onto the people who we may subcontract out to do the delivery.
All online orders are confirmed by email. We will contact you by email or telephone regarding any delivery delays or payment issues.
We do try to keep the website up to date so that items on the website are in stock. Sometimes items sell out really quickly, when this happens we try our best to offer alternatives or let you know when they will be back in. We know this can be very frustrating and we are working hard to stop this occurring. We will do our best to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability. Any dates we specify for delivery of goods are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay.
Credit Card Security
At Sweaty Betty, all online purchases take place safely, using the latest internet security technology to protect our customers. We accept orders only from web browsers that can use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology - this means you cannot inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection. Most web browsers now support this.
No card details are stored or saved on the Sweaty Betty website. The site is thawte assured, which is an independent hallmark and is industry standard security.

You can pay for your order by using the following; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta/Connect or Maestro and PayPal. All card payments are authorised at the point of ordering which will require the cardholders full details including name, address and telephone number. These must match the exact details registered with the card user. We will not debit your card until your items are ready for dispatch.
Although Sweaty Betty will do their best to ensure the accuracy of all the information within this web site, we shall not be liable for damages of any kind resulting from the use of this site.
If a product is advertised at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or a supplier error we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order whether or not said order has been confirmed. In such a case we will make you aware of this and a full refund will be given, if required (errors and omissions accepted).
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT.
We deliver our standard UK parcels using Interlink express; all parcels require a signature on delivery. We recommend that you ensure that someone will be available to sign for the parcel at your delivery address or have the parcel delivered to a work address. Once parcels have been dispatched we are unable to change the address. If the courier is unable to deliver( no one at the delivery address/ no one available to sign for the parcel), Interlink will wait for your reply before re-attempting delivery. Your parcel will be returned to us once delivery has been attempted on 3 occasions.
Once parcels are dispatched from our warehouse, they will be with you by 6pm the following day (with exception to regional or offshore address and any unforeseeable weather or traffic delays). Parcels can be tracked using your order number as it appears on your confirmation page and in your confirmation email. Please see below for details on tracking your Parcel.
Orders for delivery outside the UK are sent using the Royal Mail Airsure service and may take 7-14 working days to be delivered. Please note we are unable to claim the loss of a parcel with Royal Mail until 25 days have passed.
