Bras that support, whatever the sport.
Want to know why you should follow this guide?
We've got news for you. Your boobs, they're calling out for the right bra. It's nothing personal, this is science. No matter whether you're an A or E cup, without the right support and perfect fit let's just say gravity will take effect.
When you move, motion causes the boobs to bounce in a 3-D motion, which without a supportive sports bra can cause the Cooper's ligaments to stretch irreversibly. The Cooper's ligaments are a band of elastic tissue that support the boobs and keep them upright ensuring perky puppies. So if you don't have the right bra for your activity, these ligaments will stretch causing tissue damage, and this never goes back.

STOP THE DROP
Well, meet Cooper's Ligaments.
You can wear every style because unlike bustier ladies you don't have to worry about serious supportive technology.
But don't be fooled, the Cooper's ligaments in the breast will still stretch without the right support, so no spinning in yoga bras.
Small boobs means plenty of bra choices, lucky you.
BUT if you want to keep these knockers pert and perky, you need the right support for the level of impact you are doing.
Once your Cooper's ligaments stretch they'll never go back to their former glory, so stop the drop whilst you still can.
You have a great cup size and plenty of bra choices, congrats.
This gentle tissue supports your breasts and needs the right bra to prevent any irreversible stretching.
So however great your boobs are, you need the right level of support. Any prolonged bouncing or movement of the breasts will cause permanent damage that NEVER goes back.
Invest in sufficient structure to stop the drop.
Have you heard of Cooper's ligaments?
We strongly recommend that you're super careful in protecting these babies and keep them supported at all times. Sadly this means no to flimsy, light support bras

We can't support those boobs if you don't complete the first step.
Go back a step to select your cup size
When trying on your bra for the first time, fasten on the loosest hook as your bra will stretch over time.
It should give a snug fit around the neck and underarm edges without being too tight or gaping.
The breast should be well enclosed within the cup without bulging out over the top and not gaping at the top or sides.
Straps at the shoulders should feel comfortable and not dig into the body.
Back straps should be able to be loosened or tightened as necessary for comfort and support.
The fit should be quite firm around the body as 80% of the support comes from the underband.
