This is an exciting new role within the marketing team, ideal for a bright and dynamic individual looking for their first step in to Digital Marketing. Reporting in to the Digital Marketing Executive you will help drive the presence of our beautiful website (aka Digital Flagship!).
Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring, analysing and optimising digital channels (PPC, SEO, Affiliate, Display & Email) for UK, USA & International markets
  • Coordinating digital and promotional campaigns in line with the Marketing calendar
  • Updating digital calendars in-line with seasonal content and promotions
  • Creating performance and ad-hoc analysis reports on a weekly basis
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing affiliates to create/support opportunities and growth within this channel
  • Continually grow our affiliate programme by being constantly aware of new publishers/merchants
  • Email marketing briefing and reporting
  • Optimising and testing PPC ad copy/site links to ensure promotional campaigns are in line with the marketing calendar
  • Supporting the Digital Team with ad-hoc projects and campaigns
  • Coordinating weekly tasks to ensure timelines are met

  • A relevant degree (marketing, business management..) or 6 months digital marketing experience, preferably with a fashion retailer
  • Good understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools (PPC, Email, SEO, Affiliates) and familiar with social media
  • Excellent with numbers and excel

You love the every changing world of online and thrive off working in a fast paced and dynamic team. You are great with numbers, analytical with a fine attention to detail, whilst also being creative and not afraid to push boundaries. You are confident and self-assured,
quick to build relationships at all levels, you have an excellent telephone manner and know how to negotiate with stakeholders at all levels. Most important of all, you are in love with Sweaty Betty and live the lifestyle we endorse.
