Each week they would meet at their local boutique where they would train with their club coach.
Each of our shops trained with their clubs during the month of September in our Community Challenge. From yoga to running, boxercise to circuit training both the girls in store and the customer participants really go into the challenge. Each week they would meet at their local boutique where they would train with their club coach. Pushing themselves they prepared for the end of September challenge of being a member of the largest club across Sweaty Betty’s 24 boutiques. The shops did an amazing job of drawing crowds despite stormy weather and chilly temperatures. The winner of the event was Bristol with a phenomenal 82 participants for the evening. Check out some of the club photos below as well as a full list of participating shops!!

Special Guest Instructor Evening with Former Gladiator Amy Guy
Sweat Betty concluded its Community Challenge at the end of September with a Special Guest Instructor Evening with Former Gladiator Amy Guy. She lead the class through an evening of circuit training. She focused on the use of Kettle Balls to help the participants gain strength in their core muscles. Once the class concluded, Amy took the time to chat with the participants individually to catch up on how they felt about the class and where they could progress in the future. The evening was a huge success and the participants of the class are looking forward to next Guest Instructor Evening.
