I am a Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer and Group Exercise instructor working in the vibrant Notting Hill. I am in love with the human body and I am fascinated by the body’s ability to move, adapt and transform. Having travelled all over the world for inspiration, I engage the body and mind in creative exercises using my knowledge of dance and embodied movement to its very best. I love contemporary ballet, cycling and a perfect latte.

Power Song: Daft Punk - Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger
Personal Best: 2013 Copenhagen Marathon 3 hours, 58 minutes and 55 seconds
      Favourite Yoga Pose: Triangle Pose
Next Big Challenge: 3 Muscle Ups and a Tough Mudder!

I am Norwegian born mother of two. When I moved to London it ventured into personal training. Being pregnant I got back pain and signed up with a personal trainer. She helped me a lot, and I understood the many benefits of taking your training seriously.  I became a personal trainer shortly after I gave birth to my second child and followed up with a course in pre and postnatal exercise. I currently work at KX gym as a specialist for women pre and postnatal and at my studio, StudioHome in Kensington.

Power song: Red Carpet - Alright
Personal best: Living in London as a single working mum of two. Juggling every day’s commitments.
Favourite yoga pose: Crow, headstand, handstand.
Next big challenge: Empower women, making my clients the best they can be. Always renewing my self, not judgmental but caring and understanding. Be a good role model for my children, my clients and myself.
