I started teaching 13 years ago, and I started JCW Fitness 10 years ago. Over the years I have expanded the business and in the last 6 years I have employed other instructors. We offer around 28 classes per week, including Pilates, Zumba, Yoga, Dance Aerobics, Disco Grooves, Toning, Circuits and Boxercise.
I believe that if a woman looks good, then there is a far greater chance that she will FEEL good about herself – and this is how exercise should make every woman feel. Confidence and self belief is crucial for success, and women need to do everything they can to facilitate this.

I have taught all aspects of fitness for over 21 years and presented aerobics and step at conventions in the UK and in Europe. I am an Exercise to Music Examiner, teacher trainer and was a BodyPump assessor for many years. I started practising yoga and Pilates over 14 years ago and I am qualified in Pilates with The PhysicalMind Institute of Santa Fe, The Pilates Institute and The Pilates Foundation UK. I qualified in yoga with the Iyengar Yoga association and have travelled India many times to pursue and deepen my training.
I continue to be passionate about my teaching and also aim to inspire my classes to improve their fitness levels, to feel good on the inside, enhancing their confidence to look great on the outside!
