It was while working as a cabaret performer in Australia that model Katrina first began working with fire and hula hoops, regularly teaching classes for both circus and fitness. After moving to London and taking her hobby full-time as a performer, Kat took up trapeze lessons as a fun way of keeping fit. Soon after, she completed a 15-week course with Aircraft Circus, where she can still be found today doing aerials, acro-balance and contortion. With her part in their professional company requiring such strength, flexibility and stability, Kat maintains balance with regular training both on the ground and in the air.
