As part of our Master The Marathon guest instructor event, our Battersea ambassador Charlie Morgan led an exclusive Yoga For Runners workout.

Tailored specifically to runners, the class is dedicated to improving strength, tone and flexibility. Focusing on the key muscle groups used while running, it incorporates a sequence of yoga asanas and inversions, and conscious breathing techniques.
