As maternity cover for the Head of Sweaty Betty’s award winning eCommerce team, you will be responsible for maintaining fast sales growth to ambitious revenue targets through Sweaty Betty’s online channels across all territories.  You will manage a team of 6 to develop and optimize the user journey across all sites and operations, to provide a best-in-class customer experience. You will be a key player in several cross-departmental, high-profile projects, from the initial spec stage to implementation and delivery.

Reporting directly to the CEO and as a member of the operating board you will be responsible for;
Day to day management of the eCommerce operation across existing sites including Trading, Content Production and Product and Operational Development.
Monthly participation at Sweaty Betty’s Operating Board.
Responsibility for achieving eCommerce revenue targets.
Reporting and analysis of Key Performance Indicators on a weekly and monthly basis.
Stewardship of the eCommerce Roadmap – delivering technical, customer experience and operational projects to tight deadlines.
Ownership of eCommerce budget.
Leadership, management and support of e-commerce team of 6.
Management of third party service providers including technology partners, fulfilment partners and payment providers to ensure high levels of service are provided within agreed operating budgets.
Maintenance of close working relationships with Marketing, Merchandising, Customer Care and Operations Teams to ensure the best possible customer experience.



At least 5 years’ experience in a similar eCommerce role.
The ability to manage relationships with Directors and Senior Management.
Commercial awareness coupled with a clear understanding of the brand and corresponding customer service requirements.
Proven team management experience
International and fashion/brand experience would be beneficial but not essential.
Degree or equivalent qualification
