Sweaty Betty's month-long Get Fit 4 Free campaign returns from 1st September to challenge you to 30 days of high-intensity body-sculpting training, with in-store classes and online workout videos created exclusively for Sweaty Betty by Hiitgirl.
Fitness bloggers, nutritionists and SB Ambassadors will be setting challenges and sharing recipes, while campaign partners Calgary Avansino, The Detox Kitchen and Neom Organics keep you healthy and mindful along the way.

At the core of the 30 Day Sweat Challenge is the 30 minute Hiitgril workout, to be completed three times a week, either in-store or at home with the online video below. Don’t forget to press play on the soundtrack below for music to motivate you through the moves.
