Delivery/Returns Information

Sweaty Betty delivers throughout the USA
Shipments from the UK to the USA are subject to Federal import regulations which can incur duties and taxes levied as the parcels enter the country. Our system has been designed to take care of these charges on your behalf, however in the rare event that the charges are passed on to you, contact us with proof of payment and we will reimburse you immediately.

If you are ordering more than one item your goods may be sent to you in instalments. If shipping charges are applicable you will be charged for the first parcel only.


Standard USA shipping (orders under $400):
Standard USA shipping and handling charges are $10. USA standard delivery orders are sent using the Royal Mail Airsure service. We aim to dispatch your parcel within 2 business days. Once your order is ready for dispatch we will send you a shipping email to let you know your parcel has left our warehouse. Delivery takes an additional 5 to 10 business days. Standard USA shipping (orders over $400):
Orders over $400 automatically qualify for Express Delivery with DHL. Shipping and handling charges are $10.

We aim to dispatch your parcel within 1 business day. Once your order is ready for dispatch we will send you a shipping email to let you know your parcel has left our warehouse. Delivery takes a further 1-3 business days. Your parcel will require a signature on delivery.


Express Delivery:
The shipping and handling charge for Express Delivery is $15.

We aim to dispatch your parcel within 1 business day. Once your order is ready for dispatch we will send you a shipping email to let you know your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse. Delivery takes a further 1-3 business days. Your parcel will require a signature on delivery.


Gift Vouchers:
Gift Vouchers will be sent via Royal Mail, no postage will be charged and no signature will be required.


What if I’m not in when the parcel is delivered?
If your order is sent via Standard Delivery (USPS), most Sweaty Betty packages will fit into a mailbox. If the parcel is too big and no-one is home, the mailman will leave it outside your house.

If your order is sent via Express Delivery (DHL), the driver will leave a card so that you can arrange a more convenient delivery time.


Personal Use:
Each order is for the personal, non-commercial use of our customer. Resale of any Sweaty Betty product without the explicit, written consent from Sweaty Betty is strictly prohibited. Multiple orders representing what Sweaty Betty deems to be commercial quantities will not be accepted.


Order Information:
Please note that for business purposes each item requested constitutes an individual order. Wherever possible we will attempt to consolidate multiple orders in one shipment and on one invoice. Due to business requirements, however, orders may be shipped over several days in multiple packages.

If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in installments.


Returns:
We understand that you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable and are very happy to help you choose a replacement item or offer a full refund.

Returns will not be accepted without the correct paperwork.


Returns Policy:
We are happy to offer a refund on any full price items returned to us in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase. Sale items will be refunded within 7 days of receipt of order if they are sent back in perfect condition with proof of purchase. Sale items can be returned in exchange for a credit note if they are sent back in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase. Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.

It is very important when you return an item that you include the tear-off returns slip, which can be found on the right hand side of your invoice. If you are unable to do this, please print out your order details from the website or your order confirmation email and indicate which items you are returning and include this in the parcel.


Returning an item:
You will receive a receipt/invoice in your parcel. Please complete the returns section of this form using the returns codes. If the items you wish to return have been delivered in separate parcels please return them to us in one parcel with the corresponding return sections. By doing this we will be able to process your refund faster.

1. Detach the returns section of this form and enclose it with the goods to be returned.
2. Use the enclosed self-adhesive SmartPost returns postage label and stick to the outside of your parcel. All Sweaty Betty mailing bags are reusable - simply use the spare adhesive strip.
3. Drop off your return package at your closest USA Post Office pickup location.
4. Please note that a $6 return postage fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
5. We will process your refund upon receipt of your package.

Tracking your return parcel:
For your records, take note of your tracking number from the return label included in your package. This can be found just under the barcode in the middle of the label and starts with 420.

If you drop your parcel at a FedEx point, track your parcel on fedex.com. If you drop your parcel at a USPS point, track your parcel on usps.com.


Refund Payment:
Once our USA warehouse has received your returned items we will credit the card used to pay for the order and send you a confirmation email. Please allow at least 2-3 working days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that depending on your bank this may take up to 10 days.


Replacements:
In order to get your replacement items to you as conveniently as possible we are happy to offer a free delivery service on your replacement order. Please follow the steps below to make your new order:

  1. Shop for the items you would like to receive in replacement of your unwanted goods and place them in your online shopping bag.
  2. Log into your account.
  3. Once in your account click on 'replacement orders'.
  4. Select the items you would like to replace and click 'replace now'.
  5. You will be taken straight to checkout.
  6. If you used a discount code on your original order, please re-enter the code to receive the same discount on your replacement items.
  7. To make sure we have secured the stock for your new order you will need to enter your card details. Your card will be charged when your new order is despatched.
