Holiday last order dates

All USA shipping orders must be placed by midnight UTC on Thursday December 18 to receive your order before December 25. All items purchased as gifts before December 14 may be returned up until January 11 2015.

Standard delivery ($10/free on orders over $100):

For standard shipping, we aim to deliver your parcel within 5 to 10 business days of your order being placed. We will send you a shipping email to let you know your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse. All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. Please contact our Customer Care Team if you do not receive your package in 15 days.

If you are ordering more than one item your goods may be sent to you in instalments. If shipping charges are applicable you will be charged for the first parcel only.

Express shipping ($20 or free on orders over $400)

Once your order is ready for dispatch we will send you a shipping email to let you know your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse. Delivery takes a further 1-3 business days. A signature will be required on receipt of your order.
Sweaty Betty pays all import duties and taxes on your behalf. In the rare event that the charges are passed on to you, contact us with proof of payment and we will reimburse you immediately.

Express shipping parcels will not be delivered on Saturday, Sunday or government holidays.

During Sale period we are not always able to offer the express service.

how to return an item

You will receive a receipt/invoice in your parcel. It is very important when you return an item that you include the tear-off returns slip, which can be found on the right hand side of your invoice. If you are unable to do this, please print out your order details from the website or your order confirmation email and indicate which items you are returning and include this in the parcel.

If the items you wish to return have been delivered in separate parcels please return them to us in one parcel with the corresponding return sections. By doing this we will be able to process your refund faster.

  1. Please complete the returns section on the front of your invoice using the returns codes listed.
  2. Enclose this form with the unwanted items in the reusable Sweaty Betty mailing bag.
  3. Attach the enclosed self-adhesive SmartLabel returns label to the outside of your package. If your items were delivered in separate packages please return them to us in one package. If you have misplaced your SmartLabel returns label then please contact customer care.
  4. Then simply drop off your return package at a US Postal Service mailbox or post office. Using Sweaty Betty's pre-paid SmartLabel, returns are free of charge.

All items purchased as gifts before December 14 may be returned up until January 11 2015. From December 14, our normal returns policy applies. Sale items are subject to our normal returns policy.

No refunds will be given on gifts unless refunded on to the purchaser’s card directly. To exchange a Christmas gift please visit our SoHo, NYC or Greenwich, Connecticut boutiques or contact customer care.

exchanging your order online:

Please follow the steps below to place a replacement order:
1. To place an exchange order please go to our full website, the link can be found at the bottom of the page.
2. Log in to your account. You will find the link to 'my account' at the top right corner of our website.
3. Once in your account click on 'returns and exchanges' then select the product that you wish to exchange/replace. You will then be taken to 'your bag' and from there you can begin shopping for the item(s) that you would like in exchange. Select the new item(s) and add them to 'your bag'.
4. Free postage will be added to your exchange order once you have proceeded to the checkout and selected 'pay securely'. To make sure we have secured the stock for your exchange you will need to enter your card details and your card will be charged when your exchange order is despatched.
5. Please then return the items you do not wish to keep by following the "How to return an item" guide above. Once we receive the returned items, we will refund the amount originally charged for these item(s) immediately.

exchange of sale items:

We are unable to exchange sale items online. Sale items can be returned for a refund if they are sent back in perfect condition within 30 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase.
