Free Extended Returns On All Orders
Any order placed between November 9th until December 31st can be returned up to January 29th.

*To ensure your order arrives in time for the holidays, we have upgraded all super saver shipping orders to standard shipping.
 
Please note:
- Gift cards will be sent via USPS, no postage will be charged and no signature will be required.
- During our sale period, delivery times maybe affected due to high demand. Contact our Customer Care Team on 1-855-773-3400 or customercareusa@sweatybetty.com if you have any queries about your package.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All orders are sent to the USA via UPS, so please ensure to provide a valid street address for delivery.
- Extended return policy: Any order placed between the 9th of Nov until the 31st of Dec can be returned up to the 29th of Jan.


Super Saver Shipping


Super Saver USA Shipping and handling charges is $5 on all orders.

For standard shipping, we aim to deliver your parcel within 10 to 15 business days of your order being placed. We will send you a shipping email to let you know your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse. All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. Please note super saver shipping orders are not trackable.

If you are ordering more than one item your goods may be sent to you in separate shipments. If shipping charges are applicable you will be charged for one parcel only.
 

Standard Shipping


Standard shipping and handling charges are free when you spend $200 or more, or $10 for orders under $200.

We will send you an email notification to let you know that your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse. It will take 3-6 business days for your package to arrive. You will receive an email from the shipping carrier, with a link to track your parcel.

Sweaty Betty pays all import duties and taxes on your behalf. In the rare event that the charges are passed on to you, contact us with proof of payment and we will reimburse you immediately.

Standard shipping parcels will not be delivered on Saturday, Sunday or government holidays.

During Sale period we are not always able to offer Standard shipping.
 

Express Shipping


Express shipping and handling charges are $30.

We will send you an email notification to let you know that your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse. It will take 1-3 business days for your package to arrive. A signature will be required on receipt of your order.

Express shipping parcels will not be delivered on Saturday, Sunday or government holidays.

During Sale period we are not always able to offer express shipping.
 

Import Duties & Taxes


Sweaty Betty pays all import duties and taxes on your behalf. In the rare event that the charges are passed on to you, contact us with proof of payment and we will reimburse you immediately.
 

What If I'm Not In When The Parcel Arrives?


If your order is sent via Super Saver Shipping (USPS), most Sweaty Betty packages will fit into a mailbox. If the parcel is too big and no-one is home, the mailman will leave it outside your house.

If your order is sent via Standard Shipping or Express Shipping (UPS), the driver will leave a card so that you can arrange a more convenient delivery time.
 

Collect From Local Shop


The Collect From Local Shop Service is free of charge.

Sweaty Betty's Collect From Local Shop service allows you to have your items shipped to either the Madison Avenue NYC, SoHo NYC, Flat Iron NYC, Greenwich CT or Abbot Kinney CA, Montana Avenue CA shops free of charge. Items must be picked up in person from the shop by yourself or a nominated friend.

Five simple steps to collect from local shop:
1. Place your order online
2. Select the 'collect from local shop' delivery option
3. Select the shop you wish your items to be delivered to (find your local shop)
4. We will send you an email notification to inform you when your items are ready to collect
5. Collect your items from your local shop

We aim to have your items ready for you to collect in your chosen shop within 1-3 business days and will keep you updated on the progress of your order by email, informing you of the date and time your items will be ready.

Orders that are not collected within 2 weeks will be returned to the Sweaty Betty warehouse and will be refunded. Please do not forget to check the opening times of your local Sweaty Betty shop.
 

Personal Use


Each order is for the personal, non-commercial use of our customer.

Resale of any Sweaty Betty product without the explicit, written consent from Sweaty Betty is strictly prohibited. Multiple orders representing what Sweaty Betty deems to be commercial quantities will not be accepted.
 

Order Information


Please note that for business purposes each item requested constitutes an individual order. Wherever possible we will attempt to consolidate multiple orders in one shipment and on one invoice. Due to business requirements, however, orders may be shipped over several days in multiple packages.

If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments.

We will not charge you until the goods leave our warehouse and we will only charge you postage once per order, no matter how many parcels we send you.

Sweaty Betty reserves the right to cancel any part of your order if a product is no longer available. You will not be charged for unshipped items and no compensation will be paid in such cases.

All products are imported into the USA.

If you wish to ship your order outside of the USA, please use the flags at the top of the page to navigate to our UK website.
 

Returns

 

Returns Policy


We understand that you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable and are very happy to help you choose a replacement item or offer a full refund.

We are happy to offer a refund on any full price or sale items returned to us in perfect condition, within 30 days of receipt of order, with proof of purchase.

During the Christmas period we offer an extended return policy: Any order placed between the 9th of Nov until the 31st of Dec can be returned up to the 29th of Jan.

If you return an item after the 30 days of receipt of order, the item can only be exchanged for a credit note.

Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights. Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase. If you decide to refund a gift we can't prevent the card-owner knowing.
 

How To Return An Item


You will receive a receipt/invoice in your parcel. It is very important when you return an item that you include the tear-off returns slip, which can be found on the right hand side of your invoice. If you are unable to do this, please print out your order details from the website or your order confirmation email and indicate which items you are returning and include this in the parcel.

If the items you wish to return have been delivered in separate parcels please return them to us in one parcel with the corresponding return sections. By doing this we will be able to process your refund faster.

Please complete the returns section on the front of your invoice using the returns codes listed.

Enclose this form with the unwanted items in the reusable Sweaty Betty mailing bag.

Attach the enclosed self-adhesive SmartLabel returns label to the outside of your package. If your items were delivered in separate packages please return them to us in one package.

For your records, take note of your tracking number from the return label included in your package. Then please, contact customer care on 1-855-773-3400 or email customercareusa@sweatybetty.com who can assist you with tracking your return.

If you have misplaced your SmartLabel returns label then please contact customer care on 1-855-773-3400 or email customercareusa@sweatybetty.com.

Then simply drop off your return package at a US Postal Service mailbox or post office. Using Sweaty Betty's pre-paid SmartLabel, returns are free of charge.

Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Always retain proof of postage.

You may also return items to the Sweaty Betty shops for a refund or exchange in conjunction with our previously stated returns policy.
 

Tracking Your Return Parcel


For your records, take note of your tracking number from the return label included in your package. Then please, contact customer care on 1-855-773-3400 or email customercareusa@sweatybetty.com who can assist you with tracking your return.
 

Refund Payment


Once our warehouse has received your returned items we will credit the card used to pay for the order and send you a confirmation email.

Please allow at least 2-3 working days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that depending on your bank this may take up to 10 days.
 

How To Order Replacement Items


In order to get your replacement items to you as conveniently as possible we are happy to offer a free delivery service on your replacement order.
  1. Shop for the items you would like to receive in replacement of your unwanted goods and place them in your online shopping bag.
  2. Log into your account.
  3. Once in your account click on 'replacement orders'.
  4. Select the items you would like to replace and click 'replace now'.
  5. You will be taken straight to checkout.
  6. Discount codes can only be used once, so if a code was used on your original order please call customer care for assistance.
  7. To make sure we have secured the stock for your new order you will need to enter your card details. Your card will be charged when your new order is despatched.

Your replacement items will be shipped straight away for free.

Please return the items you do not wish to keep by following the "How to return an item" guide above.
 

Once we have received the returned items, we will refund the amount originally charged for these items immediately.
