The purpose of this role it to deliver the exceptional customer experience we are renowned for over the phone and email.
You are passionate about anything to do with sports and love interacting with our customers whilst sharing your knowledge and expertise with authority and confidence. You love our products and will be a great ambassador to the brand by promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.
Customer Care opening hours are 9am to midnight Mon – Fri, 10am to 10pm Saturday and noon to 9pmon Sundays. Shifts for this position will mainly be during the day, will include weekends and will occasionally include evening shift cover.
