As most of my Pilates class wear these already, I thought I'd give them a go and they are excellent - kept my tootsies warm whilst teaching and demonstrating during class when there was snow outside. Good firm grip and wash well.

At the start of a yoga class it can be a bit cold - these socks are perfect as they are non-slip.
I have small feet euro 35 and they fit quite well- and many of my clients are very happy too!

I have used these socks for Barre Conditioning, they are really comfy with just the right amount of grip! And of course, a great colour! Would definitely recommend for Barre Conditioning, and other classes that are bare foot, or just for use around the house!

These socks are comfortable and washed well. The rubber no slip bobles on the bottom give great secure footing on the yoga mat and the wooden floor I practise on.

This is probably the best Pilates sock I have tried. That said, it's not perfect. When doing moves/positions that require gripping the bar with your feet, or flat feet on the floor or bed, it was great. The problem arose when doing anything where the feet were pushing back on the bed. This caused the sock to slide, defeating the purpose of the move. Actually missed certain maneuvers because of slippage. I think this could be easily remedied by continuing the grippers further up and just over the the tips of the toes. Now, THAT would be the perfect Pilates sock.
