Rated 3 out of 5Â by NessieW Great product, could be improved
I'm torn as to weather I would recommend this product despite saying I would. I have had to exchange my first pair as the stitching came lose after the first use. Exchange process was simple. I use this product three times a week - occasionally I've had to take them off whilst training because they bite into your fingers, could be slightly longer into the finger

The fingers need to come up to the mid knuckle for weight lifting - these are too short and make blisters on the lower fingers worse as you have both the weight of the bar pushing the flesh as well as the glove being dug into the fingers. Loved the way they look but had to send them back. Not fit for purpose.

Rated 2 out of 5Â by Sarakate Look great but disappointing
After my last pair of gloves fell apart I thought I would invest in these. I would normally take a small but the shop assistant, who said she used the gloves, recommended the medium as the fingers seemed to be very short. The padding seemed great I had very high hopes, unfortunately they do not work for me at all. I find the short fingers make pull ups etc very painful and I have had to resort to bare hands during every workout so far. Determined to make them work I thought I would try to break them in with weights but again they actually seem to cause more discomfort than they prevent. There is a small tag on the middle finger of each glove and this has caused a blister on my finger. My cross fit trainer has also tried them and agreed that while they look great they don't really seem suitable for heavy lifting.

Im a kettlebeller and these are possibly the best weight gloves I've had and I've tried a lot!
I'd definitely recommend them. They look pretty cool too.

These are the third pair of different gloves I have bought from SB! By far the best pair too! I was a bit worried initially as it seemed like part of the gloves missing! However, this adds to the benefits as lightweight, makes your hand less sweaty, and provides padding in all the right places! Well done Sweaty Betty on a great design!!

Rated 4 out of 5Â by Combatbarbiepink Not a fashion statement, I lift....
I went a size bigger in these and brought a medium rather than my usual small. I wear these to lift in the gym and for body pump classes and find they do the job just fine. I do have to remove my engagement ring to ensure a firm and comfortable fit but that's ok. I would recommend these but buy the next size up. They look great and do the job.

Rated 3 out of 5Â by Citied Great Gloves but......
Despite the reviews I bought these gloves as I have had 2 other pairs which were useless. I agree with the other comments in that the finger coverings finish too low, so much so that I have to take my wedding ring off as the bulk of the seam falls right on it which is very painful. They have great grip and are made of great fabric so other than the above I would highly recommend them. I have been using for about 3 weeks and will continue to do so... just without my wedding ring on!

Too tight around the fingers and not enough padding or grip

Rated 1 out of 5Â by izzygetbizzy new SB weight Training gloves
I was excited to purchase these gloves as I love my old all black sweaty betty training gloves. I was really disappointed however with the fit even though I bought a medium (these gloves come up small) the fingers just were not long enough to provide sufficient coverage and when using a barbell the bar falls across the section above where the glove ends resulting in calluses and blisters. Contrary to their usual attention to detail I feel these are perhaps marketed more towards ladies who wish to wear them as a fashion statement as opposed to lifting heavy weights in the gym.
