My fitness career began after I graduated in Performing Arts. Having always been heavily involved in sports, I decided to merge this with my acting experience and I am now a charismatic Personal Trainer and Fitness Presenter.
I eat, sleep and breathe health and fitness and believe it is the key to health and happiness. I am determined to spread my passion and raise awareness of a balanced diet, which can include wine and chocolate! I want to encourage women to find the correct moderation of physical exercise and healthy eating to suit their lifestyle. This is my driving force as a trainer and presenter.

I graduated as a Personal Trainer and Masseuse in 1999 and Yoga Instructor in 2010. I was ranked as a top 10 Personal Trainer for Club Training in 2010. I'm currently studying Bio-Medicine and Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine.
I just love waking up in the morning full of energy and want everyone to feel that too. I take great pleasure in watching clients looking and feeling a million dollars on their wedding day or losing the excess weight after giving birth. There is nothing better than setting out to do something and completing it - I still remember doing my first Crow Pose 10 years ago and smile!
