How do you stay motivated? I just think: the more energy I use, the more energy I gain. Plus it's great to see others achieve their goals.

I’ve been practicing yoga for 10 years and was inspired by my teachers to start teaching myself and open my own studio. I’ve met some truly inspirational people along the way and learnt how important it is to know your anatomy and be body aware. I wanted to really understand each and every student in front of me and found the very latest training techniques to be able to understand the whole body and the reasons and benefits behind every pose, every sequence, and what works for those in my classes. I am truly passionate about what I do and running my studio to offer a practice to suit everyone.

Power Song: Do your thing - Basement Jaxx
Personal Best: Completing Anatomy in Motion training to help every student improve and release tension from the feet upwards
      Favourite Yoga Pose: Headstand
Next Big Challenge: Setting up a teacher training programme with full anatomy training
