I have a bachelor of circus arts and have spent the last seven years touring the world teaching and performing with hoops. I have performed in Palaces for Royalty, on TV for millions and for the cool kids of Paris at David Lynch’s club Silencio. I’ve hooped on stage with Major Lazer, Brodinksi, Olivia Newton John and Gonzales; spun hoops for Opening Ceremony, Kenzo, Jonathan Saunders and curated my own events at fashion weeks in London and Paris.
I have always enjoyed teaching as much as performing, so I can pass on skills to other people to help them enjoy their work out and have fun while they sweat. I have worked a lot with children and also overweight people to help them learn a fun way to get fit. Hoops are definitely fun – but used the right way they can also provide a really amazing core workout which is what I love teaching people.

Next Big Challenge: Opening a pop up hoopermarket store in Dalston where we can also teach classes. I want to set up more community focused classes – especially with the children in the area.
I have always been drawn to fitness and come from a family of athletes. I started practicing yoga as a way to recover from my running injuries and quickly fell in love with it because it’s solely yours and is free from judgement and expectations. Yoga brings me self-discipline and strength while consistently reminding me to stay present, focused and compassionate. Through exploring various styles of yoga I discovered arm balances and inversions, like Adho Mukha Vrksasana and these add physical and mental strengths to my life.
I discovered reformer Pilates a few years after I began yoga. Pilates has complimented my yoga practice by combining self-discipline with the focus of anatomical awareness and body alignment. Pilates allows me to have greater strength, balance and flexibility in all aspects of my training. I'm truly passionate about teaching; it has given me an avenue to share my love of fitness to inspire, motivate and empower others.
