Pilates has been an important part of my life since I was 16. It allowed me to stay injury-free during three years of intense, daily ballet training at dance college. Reformer Pilates has since made me stronger and more flexible than I've ever been, even at the peak of my dancing days. I'm so passionate about its strengthening and rehabilitative benefits that I decided to make my hobby into a career.

I now hold qualifications in Mat, Chair and Reformer Pilates and teach more than 120 people each week. The health and fitness community is so inspiring - I absolutely love that so many people, particularly in London, are embracing a healthy, positive, fit lifestyle.

Power Song: Nothing Really Matters - Afrojack Remix. It might seem like a strange choice but it reminds me that nothing really matters when things get stressful or overwhelming
Personal Best: Where I am right now. I'm bringing people together with my invigorating Pilates socials called "The Body and Brunch" and I've just filmed Pilates videos for Deliciously Ella
      Favourite Yoga Pose:Natarajasana - Dancer's pose
Next Big Challenge: To create a Beach Babe Confidence series on my blog and YouTube channel. Each week I'll post a new Pilates video, lunchbox recipe and body confidence tip. My plan is to help people feel fabulous, step by step

Like all Londoners, I lead a very busy life and yoga is the perfect way to reconnect mind and body. It's my first lifestyle love, but I'm also a dancer, choreographer, model, actress and 1REBEL fitness instructor, and I'm completely committed to each discipline. Sharing my lifelong passion for ways to get in shape and love your body is something I do all around the world. I teach Fitflow and Power Yoga at Shoreditch House, as well as Body at Frame in Shoreditch, and I've even taken my fitness and yoga workshops as far as Finland and Cameroon.

From my first foray into dance, aged five, I've trained hard and done some really exciting things. You can find me (and flying sushi!) in a Scissor Sisters music video, and you might've spotted me dancing at the London 2012 Olympics, or modelling in the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. Whatever I do, I always aim for the top and inspire others to do the same. It's one of the reasons I was chosen as one of London's 'Fitsters' and featured on the cover of Evening Standard Magazine.

Power Song: Fiende - Ian Emes
Personal Best: Knowing that whatever the challenge, I will rise to it
Favourite Yoga Pose: Savasana is where the magic happens, but I love to turn the world upside down with a headstand
Next Big Challenge: To star in a film, run retreats to connect creatives across the world and buy my own villa by the sea
