      I have worked in the health and fitness industry for the last 8 years, but my interest in fitness and well-being began when I was young, running 400m hurdles for my native country, Poland. I spent 10 years of my life on the athletics track and developed a passion for learning how to get the most out of training time and how best to take care of my body.

      After graduating from Physiotherapy in Poland I moved to London to study widely in the Health and Fitness field, becoming a Personal Trainer and a Pilates Instructor along the way.

      I am inspired every day to help my clients achieve their fitness goals alongside good nutrition to lead healthy, happy and balanced lives.

      When I was working in Sydney, Australia as a marketing manager, I found I was always desperate to get out of work and over to my favourite local Pilates studio. When my father died, I took some time to travel and think about my goals, and that’s when I decided to become a Pilates instructor. I believe variety is the key to keeping exercise interesting, so I love teaching classes with different equipment and fusing traditional Pilates with Barre-based training. I am also a pre- and post-natal Pilates teacher and this is one of my favourite parts of my job; it’s such a privilege to help mothers through this special time and help them experience movement in a safe and functional way.
