I have been working in the fitness industry for 10 years now, starting my career as an aerobics instructor and progressing to personal training.
I am very lucky to be doing what I love and get great satisfaction working with people and seeing them achieve their fitness goals. Throughout the last 10 years I have acquired an extensive knowledge about exercise and developed values which I apply to both fitness and health. I believe exercise should be adapted to each person and that you should enjoy your training time, which is why I ensure every session is different from the last.
I am passionate about what I do and thrive on getting my clients results and helping them change their lifestyle for the better.

Like many Pilates teachers, I started as a dancer. I studied Classical ballet from the age of 3 and went into professional training at the Royal Ballet School when I was 11. This gave me such a love of movement and what might be described as an addiction to being active and connected with my body.
I have been teaching Pilates for over 10 years, completing certification here in London and through Pi Studios in New York. Pilates helped me through a number of injuries and gave me the confidence and strength that was lacking in my earlier training.
I can't imagine not being active and doing something physical every day. I am also always inspired by my clients. Watching them transform their bodies and seeing their energy become so positive is incredibly rewarding.
