A qualified personal trainer and specialist in posture alignment and spinal stability, I am the founder of personal training studio, Gym Vibe in London's prestigious Knightsbridge. As well as utilising my own brand of personal training that I developed to incorporate massage into my clients' repertoire, I also place emphasis on the use of the Power Plate, a technology that I have worked and trained with for more than seven years. I believe the Power Plate to be an amazing timesaver; reducing my clients' training time to just 25 minutes, performed three times per week in order to produce and maintain results. It was my belief in consistent development that inspired my fitness and massage training, as well as my motto to success: 'You have to love what you do and do what you love, so why not look good doing it?!'

Power Song: Kelly Rowland - When Love Takes Over
Personal Best: Setting up my own business
Favourite Exercise: Squats - people have a love/hate relationship with this exercise, but love it or hate it, it gets results!

Dreaming of becoming a dancer, I trained in tap, ballet, jazz and contemporary dance until the age of 18, when my passion switched to sport. Athletics, netball and running became my forte, and I went on to enter fitness competitions and work as a sports model for Puma. I increased my running distance after having my first son, building steadily up from 5ks to marathons.

After a horrific period in which my son was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, I discovered I had the mental strength to ensure the most extreme conditions, which motivated me to become an Ultra marathon runner and a Charity Ambassador for Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital, who saved my son’s life.

I teach personal training sessions and a small boot camp group, and am in the process of writing a book about my journey. My family remain a constant source of inspiration, and I am a keen advocate of practicing what you preach.

Power Song:  Beyonce - Run the World (Girls)
Personal Best: Silver Stone Half Marathon 1:37
Favourite Yoga Pose:  Downward facing dog
Next Big Challenge: Brighton Marathon & Northants Ultra 35 Miler 'Shires & Spires'
