I have been into all kinds of sports since the age of 3. I started my own Yoga business when I began teaching in 2003, and have never looked back! I started teaching in gyms and health clubs and over the years have taken on studio ownership. I am delighted to be working in the fitness industry as it helps me keep fit from the inside out.

I love discovering what is just beyond the horizon in fitness and in life, as I further my awareness of what is possible in fitness. I am passionate about inspiring others to discover their own path, and get satisfaction in helping my students toward their own goals. I am inspired by others who I see bravely looking their fears in the face and soldiering on to get the best out of themselves, improving one day at a time.

      Power Song: Grimes' Genesis
Personal Best: Bike riding followed by a Vinyasa Yoga class
Favourite Yoga Pose: Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Balance)
Next Big Challenge: Cycling from London to Edinburgh in 2 days

My passion for fitness started with swimming. I competed for Ulster and Ireland at various national and international events across the world - the warm weather training in Club la Santa in Lanzarote was always a highlight for me. As well as training, I loved teaching others and soon became a coach in my spare time. Alongside studying for an MA in Sports Performance Enhancement, I set up my nutrition consultancy business, began personal training and took on my first fitness classes in Edinburgh. Spin is by far my favourite class to teach!

My main motivation comes from within. I like to focus on what makes me happy, and to keep an open mind and continue learning as much as I can. I want my passion for fitness and nutrition to inspire and encourage others to be equally enthusiastic about their health.

Power Song: Foo Fighters - Best of You
Personal Best: Graduating from my masters
      Favourite Yoga Pose: Downward Dog
Next Big Challenge: To start a PhD in Sports Nutrition
