A tennis player since the age of 3, my passion for fitness saw me go onto become the #1 indoor tennis champion for Essex. When I turned 17, I spread my fitness wings into boxing and personal training, later immersing myself in 3 years of yoga study and expanding my knowledge base to nutrition and weight training. Today, I teach a variety of workout classes including spinning and my own creation, PrimalFit – a series of yoga and animal movements performed to a drum and bass soundtrack. I do personal training for up to 15 clients per week and lead fitness workshops three times per month, with my work as a fitness writer running alongside. My articles aim to inform and inspire, and have been featured in prestigious publications from Marie Claire to Canary Mag to the Sunday Mirror.
