      Kim founded Energised Performance in 2004 and is one of the UK Leading Mind Body Experts. Her aim is to give you the tools to empower you to feel confident, fit and strong inside and out, in mind and body. Kim works with everyone from Team GB to a wide variety of celebrities. This year she has been Awarded the Life Fitness Global Trainer Award, and featured in Grazia UK Magazine as the Hot Trainer. She has raised over £34,000 for charity, trekked across the Andes from Argentina to Chile, overcome Weils Disease and represented Team GB in Three Day Eventing & Triathlon at Age Group Level. Whatever you goal, Kim will give you the tools to begin to make it happen, enhancing your performance and confidence along the way.

      A natural love of sports inspired me to take up Taekwondo while I was living and working as a teacher in South Korea back in 2006. I found a passion for the softer side of martial arts, which is what led me to yoga. After years of honing my practice and experimenting with different styles, I decided to train as a yoga teacher in 2010.

      My personal fitness ambitions are multifaceted and I hold three national records in pool freediving, as well as practicing yoga five times a week to stay focused and energised. I love working with new yogis because it’s so rewarding to see someone take their first steps inside themselves to discover their body, mind and breath. I continue to find inspiration in students and fellow yoga teachers who are exploring their potential and working to bring out the best in themselves.
