I began my venture to become a Personal Trainer after deciding a job behind a desk just wasn't for me. Determined, young, willing and career minded I have managed to build a vast clientele and deliver PT and fitness classes.

My methods of training include Functional work, Plyometrics, Kettlebells and Boxercise. With a venture to build my own business I have found that Personal Training is the most rewarding of jobs. Building individual relationships with clients has taken me on all walks of life, endeavouring to help each client achieve their fitness goals.

I believe that getting fit and fabulous doesn't have to be scary or draining. Exercise is a way to shake off the stresses of daily routine, to channel positive energy and to embrace the 'fitastic' woman inside of us all.

For the last 12 years, I have been a professional dancer working in television, film and theatre, as well as dancing in arena tours and working around the world as a choreographer. I have practised yoga throughout my dance career which has helped me prevent injury, increase strength and maximise flexibility. I decided to share my passion and skills in yoga so I travelled to India to train as a yoga teacher. I am now working with many private clients, teaching at Virgin Active Chelsea, Breeze Yoga Beckenham, Cadence Performance Crystal Palace, DNA Studios and Studio 68. My mission is to get all performers practising yoga as I it is so beneficial for dancers, actors and singers. I also want to spread the word about the health benefits of yoga to the general public so eventually everyone will be reaping the rewards!
